- HB2622 – Introduced – Requires physicians to use methods to preserve the life of a fetus likely to survive outside the womb and mandates immediate care for any child born alive from an abortion.
- HB2624 – Introduced – Requires a physician to give at least 48 hours notice to an adult family member of a pregnant minor or incompetent person of their intention to perform an abortion.
- HJRCA0003 – Introduced – Prohibits a person from knowingly perform an abortion on a minor or legally disabled person without providing at least 48 hours’ notice to an adult family member or legal guardian.

- HB1845 – Introduced – Protects a person’s right to refuse to speak, create art, perform or participate in a service that is contrary to the person’s conscience.
- HB2610 – Introduced – Grants individuals the right to exercise free speech by placing signs or displays on state-supported property, with exceptions for content that is obscene, invasive of privacy, violates laws, ridicules religious beliefs, or incites unlawful acts.

LGBTQ Related Bills:
